PhD candidate in quantitative MRI radiomics in brain tumours

I am a clinical researcher about to finish my PhD in Radibiology in UK with the project on Quantitative MRI radiomic texture analysis in pediatric brain tumours. I am a Dento-maxillofacial radiologist by background with experience in image processing. Registration, ROI anaylsis, texture analysis, etc.

Thank you for your reply.
LifeX is a good software which is freely available and very user friendly.
Other excellent software is pyradiomics. It can be used in python or plug and play extension of 3d slicer software.
There are MATLAB packages available for texture analysis.
